This is almost worth bursting into song over
I got new headphones yesterday, because the ones I had were a pair of suck.
I rebought a pair that I had a while ago that were perfect. Earbuds usually fall out of my ears, or they make me feel like an alien is crawling inside of my head. This pair is adjustable, and never flies out. When I first lost them, I bought a similar pair that were cheaper, hoping for a good alternative. I was rather upset and unimpressed when that pair ended up sucking really really bad. Near the end of their terrible little life, I found myself getting constantly frustrated with them and being a generally unhappy person.
With my new, beautiful headphones, everything seems a bright shade of wonderful. It is going to be a good day.
